My role was to design a branded interactive mobile app to help Pebble Beach personalize its customer interactions with the help of Watson and bring to life the sights and sounds of the iconic “17-Mile Drive.” The app enables visitors to experience Pebble Beach as if they’re traveling with a local guide. According to Bill Perocchi, CEO of Pebble Beach Company. The app will enhance our guest experience whether they are here to explore 17-Mile Drive or to enjoy our award-winning restaurants and shops. This new app will provide a new, transformative way for our guests to enjoy their Pebble Beach experience.”
