From 1998 to 2017, IBMiX designed and deployed a suite of branded experiences for Australian Open ranging from web sites across all digital platforms, as well as apps for native iOS and Android for both remote and on-site tennis fans. Innovations that met and exceeded the expectations of tennis fans include Live Scoring with IBM SlamTracker, Analytics, and Insights.

My role in IBM Corporate Marketing’s Real Time Sports Events practice was to co-design interactive branded interface systems to visualize data using IBM technology while enhancing the Australian Open brand, strengthening the partnership, and increase engagement for casual and deeply knowledgeable tennis fans of all ages.
